3. Intellectual Property

Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives the agreed license or ownership rights to final deliverable images and files as specified in their service agreement. The specific usage rights — including exclusivity, commercial use, and format — are defined per engagement.

Portfolio Rights: Design With Vision LLC retains the right to use images and project work created under any client engagement in our portfolio, website, marketing materials, and social media, unless the client specifically requests a confidentiality restriction in writing prior to the engagement.

4. Payment Terms

All services require a signed agreement or booking confirmation specifying the scope of work. Payment terms are as follows:

• Remaining balances are due as outlined in your service agreement, typically on or before the delivery of final files or products
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking, at our discretion

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders) will be handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Limitation of Liability

Design With Vision LLC's liability in connection with any service or product shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or relating to our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or lost opportunities.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control that prevent service delivery, our liability is limited to a refund of deposits paid. We strongly recommend that clients maintain their own insurance for significant events.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
